It's a city builder, but rather than place buildings, you create residential, commercial and industrial zones by placing different coloured puzzle pieces. These pieces come in different shapes and automatically evolve into buildings and upgrade as you complete zones of the same colour. There are also additional puzzle zones to solve which gives you access to special buildings. You are able to select from a choice of these extra buildings - they could be for city beautification, city safety, raising happiness.
Some buildings are necessary but also lower happiness, so some strategy is involved. There are disasters to overcome - fires, tornados, earthquakes, riots, vandalism and even alien invasion! The main game has a variety of levels with goals to achieve. The playing area is large, with a city view and a flat view.

Solve puzzles? Maybe all of the above? Then it will ask you to install other stuff, you can install it if you want. Soon it will download but you will have to be patient. You install it like spore but different key code. It is against code to install a main panel on a outside wall of a bathroom. You can find the install code for the game Medal of Honor Pacific Assault on the back of the game's manual.
If you don't have the manual then you can't install the game. When you first put it in, and hit the Install button it tells you the code, and advises you to write it down.

Then you just put the code in, and you wait for it to install and play. There is a special code to install on your Action Replay. Once the code is installed, start up your game using the code. Then you can use TTI. There are different codes for AC:WW v1. The code to install Sims 3 is on a piece of advertising paper in the back of the disc container.
