I would love to see a "Collectors Edition Light" with all the content of the full CE except the figure. Hey there is no law against the red team buying a few extra CE of their own game just to turn around and sell it for what it's really worth on amazon.

It's often simply not worth it. The content is usually garbage. And with content I mean the game is usually not worth the asking price. The doodads that come with the edition are usually kinda cool. I did pre order the CE for about euros and my goooood it hurt my soul.

That's a lot of money. But RED are passionate, dedicated, competent, respect the consumer and don't try to fuck us in the ass by milking us with bullshit DLCs, so I am willing to pay that much. In fact, more than willing. I told myself way before the reveal that no matter the price, I was gonna buy it.

Still though. I have never, ever, paid that much for any game before. And I seriously doubt I'll ever do it again. I guess my point it, one shouldn't buy a CE lightly. That shit requires some serious consideration and you gotta make sure you're supporting a good developer.
